Data processed

Browsing data. As with any website, the server hosting it may record technical data about requests in its logs, such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. This is needed to run and protect the website. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for the period set by the hosting service.

Email. If you write to the address shown on the website, your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message are processed only to reply to you. The legal basis is handling your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is kept for as long as needed to handle it. Writing is optional.

Who may receive the data

The hosting provider, for browsing data, and Google, which provides the Gmail service, for emails. Google may also process data outside the European Union: details are in Google's privacy policy. The data is not sold or disclosed to the public.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies of any kind, whether technical, analytics or profiling, and does not store data in your browser with other tracking tools. There is therefore nothing to accept or refuse. If this changes, this page will be updated and, where the law requires it, your consent will be requested before use.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing, in the cases set out in Articles 15–22 GDPR. Just write to the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
